Before we make your home smile, we walk the property and perform a 20 point inspection to take note of anything that is already damaged or could possibly be affected by our service.
For example, window screens with existing holes in them, already chipped concrete, existing chipped paint, or damaged siding to name a few. We will capture photos of any problems and provide a downloadable PDF for your records.
In this process we may find additional areas or items that we could wash or clean. We will then inform and show you, as well as provide the additional cost to make it smile. :)
This methodology allows you as the home owner to be informed, educated, and in control of what is done as well as a protection for each party of the pre-existing condition of the property.
